Broadway Dental Group is excited to announce that we are making the transition to an online portal!  Prior to your next appointment date all patients will receive an emailed or texted invitation to sign-up for a "My Oral Health" account through Broadway Dental Group.  We will now be using this portal to send all charts, consent forms, and medical screenings digitally in order to create a more touch-less experience.
